SCT-04 Yangon – Bago – Kyaikhtiyo - Mawlamyine - Pa.an – Yangon
(6 Days/5 nights)

Day 01 : Yangon Arrival

Arrive at the Yangon International Airport. Welcome by our assign guide and transfer to hotel. Half-Day sightseeing to Bogyoke Aung San Market (formerly Scott Market and it is a one – stop centre for shoppers. ), Chaukhtatkyi (colossal reclining Buddha image, built in 1907 ) and sunset view at Shwedagon Pagoda (it is generally accepted that it was founded during the lifetime of the fourth Buddha and one of the wonders of the world, dating back over 2,500 years ). Dinner at local restaurant and Overnight at Hotel in Yangon.

Day 02:Yangon-Bago-Kyaikhtiyo(Golden Rock)

After breakfast at hotel, excursion to Bago (an ancient capital of the Mon Kingdom ) by car (about 2 hours drive from Yangon ).On the way visit to Allied Forces War Memorial Cemetery (beautifully kept ground, had 27,000 stone – graves of Commonwealth and Allied Forces Fallen Soldiers in the Myanmar Campaign were honourably kept ). Then proceed to Bago Market, Shwemawdaw Pagoda (one of the most venerated pagodas in Myanmar, dating back over 2,000 years ), Shwethalyaung reclining Buddha image (built in 994 AD. ), Kyaikpun Pagoda (four gigantic seated Buddha images placed against the sides of a massive brick pillar ), Kya Khat Wain Monastery (one of the three largest monasteries in the country, watching the long line of monks and novices file out of the monastery in the morning for their daily alms round is quite a sight ). Lunch at local restaurant. Then proceed to the small town of Kyaikhto and on to the 'base camp' of Kimpun, transfer to light truck and drive up about 45 minutes to the transit camp and walk up the path which climbs steeply to the legendary 'Golden Rock'. The incredible 'Golden Rock' sits precariously on top of the mountain, and is said to balance thanks to a precisely placed hair of Buddha. Sunset view at Mount Kyaikhtiyo is amazing. Dinner at local restaurant and overnight at hotel in Kyaiktiyo.

Day 03: Kyaikhtiyo-Mawlamyine

In the morning, visit Kyaikhtiyo Pagoda (Golden Rock) again. After paying visit to the Golden Rock, climb down and drive down to the base camp, Kinpun. And then, proceed to Mawlamyine. In the evening, arrive at Mawlamyine and check-in hotel. After a short rest at hotel, visit Lawkatharaphu Pagoda and enjoy the sunset at Taung Wai Hill. Lunch and Dinner at local restaurant and Overninght at hotel in Mawlamyine.
 

Day 04 : Mawlamyine- Thanbyuzayat- Mawlamyine

After visit morning market, proceed to the world biggest reclining Buddha image at the summit of the Kyauttalone hill. Drive to Thanbyuzayat and visit Thanbyuzayat Memorial Cemetery during the world war II. After lunch, visit Kyaikhami Yele Pagoda in the water. In the evening, drive back to Mawlamyine. Lunch and Dinner at local restaurant and Overninght at hotel in Mawlamyine.
 

Day 05 : Mawlamyine- Pa-an -Yangon

After breakfast at hotel, drive back to Yangon. On the way, visit Shwesandaw Pagoda in Pa-an. Stop at some kayin villages to study about the way of life of the people and take the photo. In the late evening, arrive at Yangon and check-in hotel. Lunch and Dinner at local restaurant and Overninght at hotel in Yangon.

Day 06 : Yangon Departure

After breakfast, free time for leisure at Hotel. Leave Yangon International Airport for departure flight to next destination.
